The frequency and severity of severe weather is anticipated to increase with climate change. In August 2023, a tornado impacted the Paoli Experimental Forest in southern Indiana. This poster highlights the structural and compositional damage caused by the tornado to successional, upland oak forests and potential consequences for forest restructuring.
