In an effort to strategically reduce wildfire risk in the Southwest Idaho Wildfire Crisis Landscape, an All-Lands Partnership is adding capacity and funding to increase pace, scale and coordinated planning of cross-boundary treatments. A silvicultural framework was developed to ensure a science-based, data driven process is implemented.
Learning Objectives:
replicate similar cross-boundary wildfire risk reduction efforts in their area.
build from an example of how to leverage wildfire risk analytics to implement treatments using a silvicultural framework with private landowners.
describe the importance of working with partners to reduce wildfire risk to communities.
