This presentation introduces the Forest Service Equity Data Strategy, which is a blueprint for identifying valuable data assets and data needs for EO's 13985, 14091, 14035, as well as Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act. Attendees learn two innovative tools: Small Business and Equity Dashboard and Justice40 Accomplishment Dashboard.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the Forest Service Equity Data Strategy, the Small Business and Equity Dashboard, and the Justice40 Accomplishment Dashboard. The participant will have an understanding of the data needs required for EO 13985, 14091, 14035, as well as the Bilateral Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act.
Upon completion, the participant will have new knowledge and information about how to weave Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in natural resource management programs and how to build tools to make data-driven decisions that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
