The southeastern US leads the nation in the use of prescribed fire for ecosystem management. For over 10 years, the Southern Fire Exchange has been actively developing unique programs and partnerships that connect relevant information, tools, and resources with public and private prescribed fire managers.

Upon completion of this presentation, participants will be aware of the Southern Fire Exchange, the Fire Science Exchange Network, and how they serve natural resource managers, fire scientists, and the public.
