Experimental Forests and Ranges are an important part of the USFS R&D and are epicenters for research that helps inform management decisions. They have some of the longest records of and biological data that are being analyzed to determine if there are changes in the frequency of extreme climate events.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe what an Experimental Forest and Ranges are, as well as why they are important.
Upon completion, participants will be able to know what data is available from EFRs and how to access it.
Upon completion, participants will know what research we are doing with EFR data and how we will use it to design experiments.
