Scott Segerstrom is the executive director of the Colorado Youth Corps Association (CYCA), a statewide organization representing the 8-accredited conservation service corps in Colorado. Prior to leading CYCA, Scott was in senior leadership at Rocky Mountain Youth Corps Corps and was a wilderness ranger and wildland firefighter with Bridger-Teton National Forest. Scott's career in service began as a seasonal conservation service corps crew leader building the Continental Divide Trail.
