Dr. Isaac Hayford is an Assistant Professor of Forest Management at Lincoln University of Missouri. He received his master’s and Ph.D. degrees in forestry from Michigan State University and University of Missouri, respectively. Prior to graduate school in Missouri, he worked with the Forestry Commission of Ghana as a Forest Range Manager. His research over the years has focused on understanding the impacts of silvicultural practices on tree regeneration, role of silviculture in adaptation to climate change, and tree ring applications in forest growth-climate relationships. Dr. Hayford has authored peer reviewed articles and presented his research at several professional conferences.
