Dalyna Hannah is an enrolled member of the Navajo tribe. She received her BS in Environmental Science & Natural Resources from Navajo Technical University in New Mexico. She is currently a PhD Student in the College of Natural Resources, Forest, Rangeland, and Fire Sciences Department working with Dr. Robert Keefe and she also serves as the College of Natural Resources Tribal Scholar Fellow at the University of Idaho, in Moscow ID. Her research focuses on the potential to create new opportunities to understand and implement field site preparation within forestry management in addition to precision and smart forestry systems of the future.
