Dr. Ella Gray is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Oregon State University in the College of Forestry. Her research focuses on understanding how disturbances, both natural and anthropogenic, shape forest ecosystems, how these relationships will shift with the changing climate, and their implications for and interactions with management practices. Currently, she is studying patterns of tree mortality in wet forests of the Pacific Northwest and how they are being affected by climate change.
