Jeff DeBell is a Natural Resource Scientist with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR). He manages the Forest Genetics program for DNR, which includes genetic testing and orchard seed production for DNR's 2.1 million acres of forestland. He has been involved with development of climate adaptation strategies for DNR for many years.
