Peter Hoagland, CF is the Northeast Regional Technical Service Provider (TSP) Coordinator for the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). He provides administrative and technical assistance support to TSP applicants, current Certified TSPs, and USDA NRCS Staff throughout the 14 state Northeast Region. Prior to his current position he previously worked as the NRCS State Forester in Pennsylvania, a NRCS Forester in California, a BLM Forester and Wildland Firefighter in New Mexico, and Forestry Technician positions with the USFS in Alaska and in Virginia. Peter holds professional credentials as an ISA Certified Arborist and as a SAF Certified Forester (CF).
