Eliisa Carter is a Research Associate IV in the Public Lands Policy Group within the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University. She focuses on climate change adaptation in the context of forest management. Before joining CSU, Eliisa was a consultant with the Adaptation Division of UN Climate Change, where she worked on communication efforts and contributed to information papers on adaptation at global and national levels. She holds an M.S. in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation from Lund University and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
