My name is Simone Lim-Hing and I am currently a post-doctoral researcher of forest disturbance in the Plantation Research Management Cooperative (PMRC) at the University of Georgia. My background is in forest health and pathology and my dissertation focused on improving the management of loblolly pine using new methods to the forestry field such as machine learning, chemometrics, and risk mapping.
