Chris Raynham works as the Terrestrial Resources Strategic Advisor in the Watershed Management Division of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU). His work at SPU covers a wide variety of projects including the FERC relicensing of the South Fork Tolt hydroelectric dam, long-term planning for future water alternatives, recreation planning in the Watershed limited use areas, and wildfire risk mitigation. Prior to his work at SPU, he worked at a non-profit focused on global commodity supply chains, at the University of Washington implementing forest restoration projects in State Parks across Washington State, and in multiple field positions focused on forest health and wildfire effects. Chris holds a BS in Forest Management and a Masters in Forest Resources from the University of Washington.
