Monitoring urban forestry workforce trends is essential. We collected hundreds of UF job postings to identify current workforce trends and what has changed since 2014-15 (O’Herrin, et al. 2018). We will examine salaries and minimum qualifications, and compare job duties against the new SAF Certified Urban & Community Forester certification.
