This study investigated fires along the Front Range to evaluate under what conditions treatments reduce the ecological impacts of fire. We determined factors influencing the relationship between treatments and burn severity, how burn severity differed across forest types, and how extreme fire weather conditions influenced burn severity across treatment types.
