Dinuka Madhushan Senevirathne, born in Sri Lanka, is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Georgia Athens, specializing in forestry with a focus on forest biometrics. Holding a Master’s degree in Forestry from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, Dinuka's research centers on mortality prediction after disturbances, aiming to enhance understanding and management of forest ecosystems. This will be Dinuka's first time presenting this research at the Society of American Foresters (SAF) conference.
