He is also a Faculty Affiliate at the Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis at Indiana University, an associate researcher at the Centre for Development Economics and Sustainability at the Monash Business School in Melbourne, Australia, an appointed member of the Adirondack Local Government Review Board, and the co-owner of Pekin Branch Forestry, a consulting forestry company serving landowners in Vermont and northern New York.
