Taylor Stein is Professor and Associate Director at the University of Florida School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences. Dr. Stein received his PhD in Forestry from the University of Minnesota in 1997; an MS in Forestry from Northern Arizona University in 1994; and a BS in Recreation Resource Management from Utah State University in 1992. He joined the University in 1998 with teaching, research, and Extension responsibilities in ecotourism, nature-based recreation, and natural resources management. He has served as faculty advisor of the student SAF Chapter and Pi Chapter of Xi Sigma Pi at the University of Florida.
