Peggy De'Scoville returned to school in 2019 to join the team working to protect our forests. She was named 2022 Forestry Student of the Year for the Southwest Section SAF. She has a bachelor's degree in Forestry Management with a minor in GIS, and is in the second year of her master's degree in Natural Resources Management, Environmental Science, both from New Mexico Highlands University. She enjoys entomology and sharing forestry with the youth of Northern New Mexico.
