Chris Farley serves as the Deputy Coordinator for Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act programs for the State, Private & Tribal Forestry Deputy Areas of the US Forest Service. Over his 22 year career with the Forest Service, he has held positions in all three Deputy Areas of the agency, as well as the International Programs staff. He has serevd primarily in national-level positions focused on Climate Change policy, Tribal Relations, and biomass incentives and economics, as well as in Research administration with the Rocky Mountain Research Station. He is a SAF Fellow, and holds a BS in Biochemistry and Natural Resources from Colorado State University, and an MS in Forest Resources from Oregon State University.
