Graduate Research Assistant
Oklahoma State University
Stillwater, Oklahoma, United States
I'm Chamali Rodrigo, a Master's student specializing in Forest Resources in the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management at Oklahoma State University. My research focuses on understanding the behavior of forest landowners in adopting active forest management in the Cross-Timbers region of the southern Great Plains. I hold an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management and Forestry from Sri Lanka, which laid the foundation for my graduate education in forest resource management. My passion for exploring the human dimensions and social aspects of forestry fuels my ambition to pursue a PhD in the future. Outside of grad school, I enjoy trying new recipes in my kitchen, traveling with friends, and reading.
