To address increasing concern over workforce capacity in forest industries, the University of Idaho is focusing on a comprehensive approach to support current and next generation workforces at secondary, post-secondary and post-graduate levels. Expanding and enhancing training and educational pipelines is key to addressing the workforce challenges we face.
